Dying Easter Eggs

Carson dyed easter eggs this afternoon. I know that is a little late to be dying eggs, but we did not get a chance before we left for Washington. He had so much fun dying them. Most of them ended up cracked because he would hit them together, drop them in the cup hard, or hit them on the counter. He keep putting them in the cups and taking them out. He had a blast and it was so much fun to watch him.

Easter Egg Roll

We had a great time at the Easter Egg Roll. Matt and I had an extra child's ticket so we took my cousin. It is an experience that we will never forget. There were many different activities that the children participate in. Both of the boys loved rolling their egg on the White House lawn. Carson did not want to stop. I will post more pictures of our trip to Washington soon.

First Birthday

This was Carson's cake after he finished eating.

I am sorry that I am just now posting. I was extremely busy the month of March with science fair at school. Carson had a great first birthday. It is hard to believe that it has already been a year since he was born. In this last week he has started taking between two and four steps on his on before he falls down. We are also excited about getting to go to Washington D.C. over Easter. I have a first cousin who is getting married. Matt also worked really hard one day and got us tickets so that Carson can participate in the Easter Egg Roll on the South Lawn of the White House. I will try and post pictures when we get back home.

Crawling, Pulling Up, Sippy Cup, and First Tooth

I am sorry it has been so long since I have posted. We have been very busy. Since Carson got his tubes after Christmas he is everywhere and into everything. We have finally found a juice and sippy cup that he likes after several trys. His first tooth is coming in and the other one is on its way. He is getting his top teeth before his bottom ones.

He was not very happy with me for trying to take this picture. You can barley see the tooth on the right side of his mouth.
